Attorney Instructions — "The Texas Divorce Process"
Congratulations on your decision to utilize "The Texas Divorce Process" in your office! This video allows the opportunity to offer clients a broad overview of the divorce process in Texas in a simple and easy to understand format.
Your use of video — We offer this video to you at no charge. You can use our video or "personalize" your own copy. Ideas for video room — As part of our offering, we have constructed a special "Video Room" for new clients, providing a 42" Plasma Flat Screened DVD. A comfortable couch has been added with extra chairs (for friends and family members who may join them). This room is dedicated for this purpose and is attached to our main reception area.
Video Worksheet — We prepared the attached worksheet that we print on hard stock paper (front and back). Feel free to download and plagiarize this worksheet to add your firms name and any changes or additions you may require (if you make effective changes, we would appreciate your sharing them with us for our use by emailing a copy to us).
Acceptance by clients — We have found clients intrigued and receptive to the video. Basically, they seem to absorb the information and have a much better understanding of the process during our subsequent interview. The worksheet is generally covered with notes and questions.
